【Acupuncture for Travel Fatigue|Treatment Report of a Guest from Alabama|Roll Tide!】

A traveler from Alabama, USA, came in for a treatment.

In addition to chronic neck and shoulder discomfort, insomnia, and stress from a demanding job, he was also having trouble sleeping soundly due to an unfamiliar bed and jet lag during their trip.

It was his first time experiencing acupuncture, but with an open and positive attitude, he expressed a desire to try any kind of treatment.

With that in mind, I incorporated a variety of techniques into the session.

Relieving Neck and Shoulder Fatigue with Cupping and Acupuncture

For neck and shoulder discomfort, I first used cupping and myofascial release to thoroughly loosen the area, followed by acupuncture to further target pain and stiffness.

Facial acupuncture is effective for headaches and nervous tension. When combined with neck and shoulder treatment, it promotes upper body circulation and helps balance the autonomic nervous system.

Since it was his first acupuncture experience, he was a bit nervous at first.

However, after the session, his expression softened, and he happily remarked,

"My body feels so much lighter!"

I’m glad to have helped ease some of his travel fatigue.

Reservation Request|For a Comfortable Stay in Tokyo

I sometimes receive inquiries like "Can you take me now?" for walk-in appointments.

However, since I run the practice alone, there may be times when I’m unable to accommodate you.

Making a reservation in advance ensures your spot. Also, even if there is no availability, I can contact you if a cancellation occurs. Please feel free to reach out.

I hope your stay in Tokyo is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

To all the Crimson Tide fans and Alabamians out there, Roll Tide!
